All orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays..

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Royal Mail, Evri and InPost.

Estimated delivery time

3-5 business days depending on the provider but we will place your package on the fastest delivery.

Shipment cost

£2.82 - £4.15 depending on the pack ie loungers will cost more to post. 

               

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the United Kingdom.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, here the Mucky Monkey team will contact you directly if we are aware any delays.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Mucky Monkeys is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us straight away and we will rectify any issues and resend any items that are damaged.
